Tucked away in our little corner of Nevada County, Dawn’s Gardens is more than just a place to visit—it’s a labor of love. After 40 years of owning Dawn Landscaping, Barry Friesen transformed his personal 8-acre property into a breathtaking showcase of his life’s work… and we’re lucky enough to be invited in. With over 50,000 daffodils in bloom this spring (plus over 3,000 other beautiful plant varieties), it truly feels like stepping into a peaceful dream. 🌿 This space is open only a few days each year, so you won’t want to miss it! Their next open gardens is April 25th, 9AM-5PM.
